Over the years of work, I've created a system that is composed of 4 steps

1. RESEARCH

To create space especially for you we have to know each other.

WRITE:

  • what are your needs
  • what equipment do you need
  • what are your expectations
  • what do you like and what you don’t
  • do you have any hobby

ATTACH:

  • inspiring interiors photos
  • dimensions of the space
  • photos of the designed space
  • photos and dimensions of the equipment that is about to stay at your place

If you don't have any measurements plans, do it by yourself.

Send me all information by email.

HOW TO CORRECTLY MEASURE THE SPACE
  1. Take: measure tape, paper sheet, something to write.
  2. Draw the wall plan.
  3. Measure all walls from one end to the other, save the length - write it down to your plan.
  4. Measure the windows and doors, include the height and width and remember to measure the distance from the wall to window / door and height from the floor to the sill and top of window to ceiling - write it down to your plan.
  5. Do the same with all the sockets, switches, water installations ( especially if it’s kitchen or bathroom).
  6. Measure the height of the room - write it down.
  7. Take a picture or scan your plan and send it to me.
IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEMS, I WILL HELP YOU.

2. CONCEPT

Analysis of needs, floor plans.

You’ll get at least 2 propositions of the functional floor plan with layout.

Rethink my propositions and give me some feedback.

I’ll make corrections.

You’ve the right to 2-fold changes.

3. PROJECT

Floor plan is ready, it’s time “to see” your new place.

Let us begin with the " styles boards ". You'll receive at least 2 boards with examples of equipments and finishing materials which shows you the general character - style of the designed space.

After you have selected the layout and the " style board " I prepare 3D visualisations.

When you receive 3D share with me with your thoughts and I’ll make expected changes.

I prepare lists of equipment and finishing materials.

4. DOCUMENTATION

The last step - technical documentation.

You’ll receive technical documentation with guidelines for contractors - plans and sections. Everything you need to complete the project.

  • layout
  • walls plan
  • color scheme
  • floor plan
  • ceiling plan
  • lighting plan
  • electric guidelines
  • hydraulic guidelines
  • sections
  • bathroom design
  • furniture design
